Aire Serv of Kingwood & Atascocita is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with at least five years of hands-on HVAC service experience and the ability to diagnose problems confidently, explain solutions clearly, and build trust with homeowners.

About the Role

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems while helping homeowners understand their equipment and make informed decisions. This role requires sound technical judgment, attention to detail, and professional communication from arrival through completion.

A successful technician approaches each call thoroughly, recommends work based on the customer’s actual needs, and follows through on commitments.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose HVAC problems accurately and explain findings to homeowners in clear, understandable language.
• Perform heating and air conditioning repairs, maintenance, and service with care and attention to quality.
• Present appropriate repair, maintenance, and replacement options with transparent explanations that support informed decisions.
• Build customer relationships through honesty, respect, and dependable follow-through.
• Document diagnoses, work performed, recommendations, and relevant photos accurately.
• Communicate with the office about job progress, parts needs, scheduling changes, and customer concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and protect customers’ homes and property.
• Maintain an organized, properly stocked service vehicle and care for company tools and equipment.
• Complete invoices and collect payment or payment information as required

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of five years of HVAC service technician experience, with strong residential diagnostic and repair skills.
• Confidence troubleshooting independently and sound judgment about when to seek additional support.
• The ability to explain technical issues and service options professionally to homeowners.
• A commitment to integrity, quality workmanship, and earning customer trust.
• Dependability, effective time management, and accountability for completed work.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
• Applicable HVAC credentials and refrigerant-handling certification.

· ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
