Key Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems in accordance with safety and quality standards.

· Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose faults, and recommend effective solutions that restore reliable performance.

· Communicate courteously with customers, explain completed work clearly, and share practical maintenance guidance.

· Complete work orders, document service details, and keep dispatch and management informed of progress.

· Participate in training and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technology.

Qualifications

· At least six years of hands-on HVAC experience.

· Valid EPA Type II or Universal certification; NATE certification is preferred.

· Clean background check and a good driving record.

· Ability to work independently with honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

· Commission-based compensation: Unlimited earning potential, with average hourly earnings of $25–$30 plus performance incentives.
