HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians with strong skills and knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, package units, condensers, furnaces, and indoor air purification systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience (3 years preferred).
• Positive attitude and excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record.
• Complete, organized set of hand tools and HVAC tools.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this role, you will regularly be required to stand, walk, use your hands to handle tools and equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. You will frequently climb or balance and work in confined spaces. Ladder work is required. You must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. The role involves working in high-heat environments for extended periods and using a personal mobile device to create invoices and upload images through the company application.

Work Environment Work is primarily performed in attics and outdoor areas of residential homes. You will be exposed to temperatures exceeding 110°F, high and precarious places, and outdoor weather conditions for 8+ hours per day. This is a face-to-face customer service role.

Work Location: Patterson, Newman, Gustine, Modesto, Turlock and surrounding areas throughout the Central Valley.
