• Light Commercial HVAC work (25 tons and under)
• High-end Residential service and installation

If you’re an experienced Residential technician looking to expand your skills into Light Commercial work, we’d like to meet you.

We stay busy year-round — no seasonal layoffs or slow periods.

We believe in realistic scheduling and giving technicians the time needed to properly diagnose and repair systems the right way — not rushing from call to call just to maximize ticket counts.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who:

• Knows how to properly diagnose systems
• Understands why parts fail — not just what failed
• Takes pride in fixing things the right way
• Values honesty and quality workmanship

If you’re tired of commission-based upselling, ticket add-ons, and sales pressure disguised as service work, this could be a great fit.

What You Can Expect:

• $30–$35/hour based on experience (“Total Package” comes out to much more, this is minimum bring home)

Our office is located by the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport and we operate all over Metro Atlanta.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
