We’re a family-owned, veteran-operated company with a 55+ year reputation in the community. We’re building an elite team and we’re hiring a Service Technician who knows HVAC inside and out.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

(furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, A/C, controls, airflow, electrical, combustion, etc.)

• Perform service calls with strong troubleshooting — not guessing
• Complete maintenance visits thoroughly and identify issues before they become breakdowns
• Communicate clearly with customers: what failed, why it failed, and what it’ll take to fix it
• Document notes, photos, and findings cleanly (so everyone wins)
• Maintain professional, clean work habits (truck, jobsite, and paperwork)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong HVAC service experience (not entry-level)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair independently
• Solid understanding of:
• electrical + controls
• refrigerant diagnostics
• combustion / venting (where applicable)
• airflow and duct fundamentals
• Professional communication and customer presence
• Team-first attitude: accountable, dependable, and coachable

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check (in-home service role)
• EPA 608 certification (required)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
