This isn’t an entry-level position. We’re looking for a skilled technician who can diagnose, communicate, solve problems, and GET IT DONE.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Polk Air Service Technician, you’ll:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues
• Perform professional maintenance and system tune-ups
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Educate homeowners on repair, comfort, efficiency, and system options
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ, maintenance, and other comfort solutions
• Accurately document service calls using digital tools
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards
• Represent Polk Air professionally in customers’ homes and throughout the community

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want an HVAC professional who knows the trade and takes pride in it.

✔ Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience — REQUIRED
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
✔Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔EPA Certification — Type II or Universal preferred
✔Clean, valid Florida Driver’s License — REQUIRED
✔Own professional-quality HVAC tools and know how to use them
✔ Dependable, motivated, and ready to work— REQUIRED
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Team player who respects the customer, coworkers — REQUIRED
✔ Must pass background and drug screening
