HVAC Service Technician

We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, solid technical knowledge, and a commitment to doing the job right. You’ll work directly with customers, solve problems in the field, and help keep our projects running smoothly.

Requirements:

• 2 years HVAC experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini splits, and related systems
• Located within commuting distance of Portland, MI
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Ensure compliance with residential and light commercial HVAC codes
• Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and recommended repairs
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on the job
