What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the face of our company, helping homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running at peak performance. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete preventative maintenance, and provide homeowners with solutions that improve comfort and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
• Experience servicing a wide variety of residential HVAC equipment
• Strong sales and customer education skills
