WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Every day is different, and that's what makes this role exciting. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners who rely on your expertise.

Be the Problem Solver

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Identify the root cause of system issues and provide lasting solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Test electrical components, controls, refrigerant systems, and mechanical equipment to ensure proper performance.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout every service call.
• Explain system issues and repair options in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand way.
• Educate customers on proper system operation and maintenance.
• Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and professionalism.

Take Pride in Your Craft

• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications, industry best practices, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next call.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a motivated, trustworthy technician who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in helping customers.

• Experience: Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and HVAC controls.
• EPA Certification: Universal certification preferred.
• Boiler Experience: A plus!
• Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions.
• Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to doing the job right.
