• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 – $130,000 per year (Hourly rate plus Performance-Based Bonus & Commission)

The Opportunity You will serve as a trusted residential technical expert and customer consultant, playing a key role in keeping Twin Cities homes comfortable year-round. How You Will Make An Impact

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems to restore home comfort efficiently.
• Perform thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment safety and efficiency.
• Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners while building lasting trust through honest recommendations.
• Overcome homeowner objections and close in-home sales opportunities for system upgrades and equipment replacements.
• Execute precise quality workmanship on every service call while ensuring compliance with safety and local codes.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, tool inventory, and company vehicle stock in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC equipment.
• Proven track record of combining technical diagnostic expertise with effective in-home sales and customer communication.
• Strong functional knowledge of electrical components, heating and cooling system schematics, and proper refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work in varied environments, including basements, attics, and outdoor settings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC systems.
• Active EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Recognized industry certifications such as NATE Certification or Gas Fitter / Gas Piping Qualification.
