What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Perform maintenance and recommend solutions to customers.
• Take ownership of service calls and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and a professional service vehicle.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Valid driver's license and EPA certification required.
