- Assist with truck, tool, equipment, and material accountability
- Help maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicles
- Ensure technicians follow company procedures and professional standards
- Communicate professionally with property managers, maintenance teams, tenants, homeowners, vendors, and other customers
- Document service findings, repairs, materials used, recommendations, photos, and job completion information
- Assist management with training and evaluating newer technicians and helpers
- Report attendance, performance, safety, or conduct concerns involving field employees
- Participate in periodic employee performance reviews and field evaluations
- Help maintain a safe and productive work environment

Applicants should have:

- Experience with gas furnaces, straight-cool systems, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, coils, thermostats, and related components
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC diagnostic equipment
- Understanding of proper installation and service procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly with both field employees and office management
