HVAC Service Technician - Installer

As an HVAC Service Technician - Installer with Dave's Heating and Cooling, you'll expertly install, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning equipment. Depending on experience, you'll make $25.00 – $35.00/hour.

This is a duel service and installation position, so you must be comfortable in both of these areas. Join us in Warsaw, IN!

SCHEDULE:

You can work full- or part-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Overtime is available, and some on-call may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience servicing and/or installing residential HVAC systems
• Open mind to learning more and motivation to keep growing in the industry
• Cooperative team spirit
• Friendly attitude and professional customer service skills
• Comfort with asking questions when unsure and seeking help from your team
• Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to serve homes throughout the Greater Warsaw and Kosciusko County area

Our ideal HVAC Service Technician - Installer has at least 3 years of residential installation and service experience, but we're open to candidates with the right drive, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN - INSTALLER DAY-TO-DAY:

This role is meant for a hands-on problem solver who's comfortable with inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing various residential heating and air conditioning units. You'll travel to assigned locations and work with your team to get the customers' systems in peak operational order, keeping their homes comfortable year-round. Customer service skills are important, as you'll go over service options with clients, answer their questions, address their concerns, and make sure they're happy with your work once completed.
