We’re a small, tight crew looking to add the right HVAC technician to our team.

We are actively recruiting an experienced residential service technician who can run their own calls independently with minor supervision or assistance.

If you make taking care of customers a priority, take pride in your work, and don’t need babysitting—we want to talk.

What you’ll be doing:

Depending on your experience and skill level:

• Residential HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Working independently on appropriate jobs
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Keeping your work area, tools, and truck organized
• Identifying additional repair or replacement opportunities when appropriate
• Assisting with and performing residential HVAC installations as needed
• Working alongside an experienced technician on larger or more complex jobs

What you need:

• Solid residential HVAC service & repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair systems independently
• Good communication with customers
• Ability to manage your own calls and work independently
• Reliability and dependability
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Responsible with company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Valid driver's license

Nice to have:

• Commercial/Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Experience in both residential service and installation
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to spot system upgrade opportunities
