Salary up to $120K + Super + Car | Sydney, NSW The Opportunity An established mechanical services contractor specialising in HVAC installations, upgrades and refurbishments across commercial buildings is looking for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their team.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across hospital fit-outs, university upgrades, commercial fit-outs and mechanical replacement works, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney.

You'll take ownership of site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across HVAC installation, fit-out, upgrade and replacement projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, suppliers and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and relevant Australian Standards.
• Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance with WHS requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to resolve site issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager, Site Supervisor or in a similar mechanical services role.
• Strong background in commercial HVAC installation, fit-outs, upgrades or mechanical replacement projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on safety, quality and project delivery.
