• Run demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC system capabilities, features, and advantages.
• Use CRM and sales management platforms to manage leads, record interactions, and analyze data to strengthen results.
• Negotiate agreements and close opportunities while maintaining strong, service-first customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to deploy targeted campaigns that elevate brand visibility and create new pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to stay competitive in B2B channels.
