HVAC Supervisor

Position: HVAC Field Supervisor – HVAC Service & MaintenanceKey Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC service, maintenance, repair and retrofit activities at customer sites.
• He should able to work with computer ie sending mails ,offer summation to customer etc
• Lead and manage HVAC technicians, helpers and subcontractors during field activities.
• Carry out inspection, troubleshooting and basic diagnosis of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of:
• Chillers – Water Cooled / Air Cooled
• AHUs and FCUs
• Pumps and associated piping
• Cooling Towers
• HVAC motors and electrical panels
• Ventilation and exhaust systems
• HVAC control and instrumentation systems
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is carried out as per approved procedures, safety requirements and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, facility managers and site engineering teams for day-to-day HVAC requirements.
• Supervise preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor manpower, tools, materials and spare parts required for site work.
• Identify equipment performance issues and report technical observations to the senior engineering team.
• Assist in HVAC equipment performance measurement and basic field testing, including temperature, pressure, airflow, current and other operating parameters.
• Supervise dismantling, installation, alignment, fabrication, electrical and mechanical work related to HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for specialized HVAC jobs.
• Maintain daily site reports, service reports, equipment readings, job completion reports and customer documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the work site.
• Follow company safety procedures and ensure technicians use appropriate PPE and safe working practices.
• Monitor quality and timely completion of jobs and immediately report major technical or site issues to management.
• Attend emergency/breakdown calls when required and coordinate the team for quick restoration of HVAC services.
• Travel to different customer sites within Delhi-NCR and other locations as required.
• Support the engineering team during HVAC surveys, equipment inspections, retrofit projects and performance evaluation.
• Maintain good professional relationships with customers and identify additional service or repair requirements observed during site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
