HVAC Supervisor

Job Title HVAC Supervisor Location: Site No. of Positions: 1 Experience Required: 5 7 Years Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise HVAC maintenance activities for industrial, commercial and building services. 2. Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, package units, split/window ACs and chilled water pumps. 3. Troubleshoot HVAC, cooling, electrical and control-related issues. 4. Supervise maintenance of chilled water systems, pumps, dampers, ducting and HVAC controls. 5. Monitor BMS operation and troubleshoot related issues. 6. Ensure proper maintenance records, checklists and equipment performance monitoring. 7. Coordinate spare parts, tools and maintenance requirements. 8. Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. 9. Ensure compliance with LOTO and HSE requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements : 1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting. 3. Hands-on experience with chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, package units, split/window ACs and chilled water pumps. 4. Experience with BMS, chilled water systems, dampers and ducting. 5. Strong experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance. 6. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 7. Experience in supervising and coordinating maintenance teams. 8. Knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements.
