HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience to supervise HVAC installation activities, coordinate site workers, monitor work quality, and ensure timely completion of assigned works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily HVAC installation activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.

* Coordinate and allocate tasks to HVAC technicians, helpers, and other site workers.

* Monitor work progress and ensure assigned activities are completed within the project schedule.

* Inspect installation work to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements.

* Coordinate HVAC testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with the HVAC Engineer and project team to resolve technical problems.

* Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the project site.

* Monitor manpower productivity and report daily work progress to the project management team.

* Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, company policies, and applicable UAE safety standards.

* Coordinate with other MEP teams to avoid work conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

* Report installation defects, delays, material shortages, and other site-related issues to management.

* Ensure the work area is maintained safely, and all completed works are ready for inspection.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.

* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HVAC supervision or site installation.

* Good knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and site procedures.

* Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.

* Experience in supervising technicians, helpers, and installation teams.

* Knowledge of HVAC testing, commissioning, and quality inspection procedures.

* Familiarity with UAE construction site safety requirements.

* Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work at project sites across the UAE.
