HVAC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and direct daily field operations for HVAC teams dedicated to indoor air conditioning units, including ceiling-concealed, wall-mounted, and floor-standing FCUs and Split AC systems.
• Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programs across residential, commercial, or hospitality assets, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues involving blower assemblies, 2-way/3-way modulating valves, thermostats, PCB controls, refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and localized drainage networks.
• Inspect completed works and conduct quality audits on coil chemical washing, duct/grille cleaning, drain line flushing, filter replacements, and system air-balancing to guarantee high indoor air quality (IAQ).
• Manage team schedules, material requests, and equipment allocation, tracking spare parts consumption and updating work order statuses within the CAFM system.
• Ensure strict enforcement of HSE protocols, chemical handling safety guidelines, ceiling void safety procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance across all team members.
• Liaise with FM Engineers, Property Managers, and occupants to handle technical escalations, conduct site joint inspections, and deliver polite, professional updates on major repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC and indoor AC maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role managing technical teams.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical trade.
• Strong technical expertise in chilled water Fan Coil Units (FCU), direct expansion (DX) Split ACs, thermostat control logic, valve actuators, and electrical schematics.
• Multilingual communication skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or Malayalam is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated team leadership and organizational skills to manage workloads, evaluate technician performance, and resolve complex cooling issues under tight timeframes.
• Location requirement: Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate prior to joining.
• Valid UAE driving license: Mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
