Engineering Analysis & Technical Support

Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, airflow analysis, and system performance evaluations while providing technical support to production, service, and project teams.

Manufacturing & Installation Support

Partner with fabrication and production teams to ensure HVAC systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering requirements.

Supplier Development & Component Selection

Evaluate equipment, vendors, and new technologies while developing supplier relationships that support quality, cost, and product performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC systems for race transporters, hospitality units, specialty trailers, and mobile workspaces.

  • Perform heating and cooling load calculations.

  • Develop HVAC layouts, schematics, BOMs, and installation documentation.

  • Select and specify HVAC equipment, controls, ducting, ventilation, and related components.

  • Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Production teams during design and build phases.

  • Maintain engineering documentation and revision control.

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of HVAC engineering, mechanical systems engineering, or thermal systems experience.

  • Experience designing commercial, industrial, transportation, mobile, or specialty vehicle HVAC systems.

  • Strong understanding of heating, cooling, refrigeration, ventilation, and air distribution systems.

  • Experience with HVAC load calculations and equipment sizing.
