We are looking for a highly experienced Level 3 HVAC Technician who can confidently handle virtually any residential or light commercial HVAC assignment put in front of them.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a well-rounded HVAC professional who understands the entire system—not simply how to replace parts.

The right technician should be comfortable taking ownership of a job from diagnosis through completion, including service, troubleshooting, repair, equipment replacement, installation, startups, airflow and ductwork.

What You'll Handle

• Advanced HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Residential and light commercial service and repair
• Complete system change-outs and installations
• Split systems, package units, heat pumps and related equipment
• Electrical and controls troubleshooting
• Refrigerant diagnostics, charging and system performance
• Airflow and comfort diagnostics
• Ductwork repair, modification and installation
• Equipment startups and commissioning
• Preventive maintenance and system evaluations
• Communicating repair and replacement options clearly with customers
• Helping identify solutions that improve comfort, reliability and system performance

Compensation & Earning Potential

We believe experienced technicians should have the opportunity to be well compensated for their skill, productivity and performance.

This position combines competitive base pay with commission and performance incentives, creating significant upside for technicians who can diagnose accurately, communicate effectively and complete quality work.

Target Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ annually

Top performers have uncapped earning potential.

Final base pay will depend on experience, technical ability, certifications and demonstrated performance.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can be trusted with the difficult calls—the technician who other people turn to when a problem isn't obvious.

You should be able to diagnose, repair, install and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer service.

Ideal candidates will have multiple years of field experience, a strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle, electrical diagnostics, airflow and duct systems, and the ability to complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
