Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in HVAC technology to provide a strong foundational knowledge.
- Certification from a recognized HVAC program, ensuring proficiency in essential skills and industry standards.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC , repair, and maintenance within residential and commercial settings.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance during installations and repairs.
