Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform repairs on package units, split systems, air handlers & wall heaters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports,invoices, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field (5+ years)
• Certified EPA Type II and Ill or Universal (preferred)
• Strong work ethic with a desire to gain industry knowledge
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude skills
• Valid driver’s license
