Gundlach HVAC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform thorough system inspections and recommend appropriate solutions
• Clearly explain findings, repairs, and recommendations to customers
• Complete work orders and accurately document services performed
• Follow applicable safety procedures, codes, and company standards
• Deliver professional, respectful, and dependable customer service
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
