HVAC Technician

Frederickson Electric is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician (06 or higher electrical certificate preferred) to join our growing team. A minimum of five years experience with HVAC service, repair, and installation is required. We have been voted 'Best Electrician' in Jefferson County by readers of the Port Townsend Leader newspaper four years in a row, and 'Best in Heating & Cooling' in Jefferson County by readers of the Peninsula Daily News. Eligible Applicants Must Have:
-EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus)
-A strong understanding of refrigerant circuits and superheat / subcooling.

-Full understanding of HVAC electrical circuits including related controls.

-Skilled with brazing while purging with nitrogen.

-Experience with replacing compressors, reversing valves, TXV's, and leak repairs.
-Experience and training on inverter driven heat pumps including ductless.

-WA driver's license with clean driving record
-Hand tools
