HVAC Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced technician to join our client, they have a strong pipeline of work across Auckland.

This role offers a variety of work, including air conditioning installations, mechanical ventilation projects, servicing, and fault-finding. The majority of projects are medium-sized multi-unit developments, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

The Role

• Installation of high wall and ducted air conditioning systems
• Paircoil installations
• Mechanical ventilation installations across multi-unit developments
• Planned servicing and maintenance
• Diagnostic fault-finding and repairs
• Working from plans and specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Qualified HVAC Installer who can work independently and run jobs
• Alternatively, an advanced 3rd or 4th-year HVAC Apprentice with strong industry experience
• Experience with mechanical ventilation systems
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
• Commitment to health and safety

Requirements

• Full NZ Driver's Licence
• Current NZ working rights
• Electrical licence advantageous but not essential
