Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues.
• EPA Certification (preferred or required, depending on position).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends when needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation, if required.
