HVAC Technician

We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, service, and minor repairs on residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service on residential HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC equipment including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensate drainage systems.
• Diagnose basic system issues and communicate findings to customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• 1+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in residential service or maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements as applicable.
