About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible HVAC Technician to join our engineering and vehicle modification team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems used in customized vehicles and specialized applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
• Perform AC piping, ducting, wiring, insulation, and component installation.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults and performance issues.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system servicing.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of HVAC systems after installation.
• Work on HVAC systems integrated into Mobile Medical Units, Ambulances, Special Vehicles, and other customized vehicles.
• Read and understand basic technical drawings and HVAC layouts.
• Ensure proper installation, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the engineering and production teams during installation and testing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service records.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/RAC installation and servicing.
• Practical knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, refrigerant handling, and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on customized/special-purpose vehicles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vehicle AC / automotive HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC components.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of customized HVAC systems.
