Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Install, maintain, and service split ACs, package units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, sensors, valves, filters, and belts.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
• Monitor and maintain chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and HVAC schematics.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to manufacturer recommendations and company standards.
• Maintain service records and submit daily maintenance reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Follow UAE safety regulations, company policies, and HSE procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to complete assigned work efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Technician in a Facility Management company.
• ITI/Diploma/Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Package Units, Chillers, Split ACs, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor and indoor environments.
