HVAC Technician

Forest Hills HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving Boston and the Greater Boston area.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Perform heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenance
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Perform system inspections and identify necessary repairs
• Install and replace HVAC components
• Explain equipment issues and repair recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation and job notes
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every call

Required

• Previous hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• EPA 608 certification
• Experience with mini-splits and heat pumps
• Experience with furnaces and central air conditioning systems
• Residential and/or light commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with HVAC installation and equipment replacement

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional additional service needs based on workload.

Work Location

Boston and the Greater Boston area. This is an in-the-field/on-the-road position, traveling to customer locations for HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation.
