HVAC technician

Experienced Residential HVAC Technician

We are a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, professional technician who can independently diagnose, service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• Valid and clean California driver's license – REQUIRED
• EPA 608 certification – REQUIRED
• Must have your own complete set of HVAC tools
• Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems independently
• Strong knowledge of residential air conditioning, heating, heat pumps, furnaces, condensers, coils, and duct systems
• Must be comfortable performing service calls, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and system replacements
• Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Must maintain a drug-free workplace
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Perform air conditioning and heating repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Install and replace residential HVAC equipment
• Properly document diagnostics, repairs, recommendations, and completed work
• Communicate findings and repair/replacement options clearly to customers
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications
• Use ServiceTitan to manage calls, document work, communicate job information, and complete required paperwork
• Represent the company professionally while working in customers' homes

Required:
✓ 2+ years residential HVAC experience
✓ EPA 608 certification
✓ Clean, valid driver's license
✓ Own HVAC tools
✓ Drug-free
✓ Professional attitude and appearance
✓ Reliable transportation
✓ Ability to work independently

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Residential HVAC : 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CDL (Required)
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Panorama City, CA 91402 (Required)
