Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to handle installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC systems at project sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HVAC equipment, piping, ducting, and basic electrical controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment.
• Carry out installation of AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Package AC, Split AC, and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform HVAC ducting, piping, insulation, and related installation activities.
• Carry out pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and leak testing where applicable.
• Diagnose and rectify HVAC equipment and system faults.
• Read and understand HVAC layout drawings and installation drawings.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Check compressors, motors, pumps, valves, filters, belts, thermostats, and control systems.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with HVAC Engineers, Site Engineers, and other MEP teams.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily work reports and equipment/service records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at the work area.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and basic HVAC principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC problems.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools and testing instruments.
• Ability to read basic HVAC drawings.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
