HVAC Technician

LOCATION: Vitalez, Parañaque City, NCR

SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 08:00-17:00

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC TECHNICIAN (or Team Leader/Asst. Supervisor, depending on the experience and credentials) who will be responsible for the installation, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.

The successful candidate may also be assigned to lead and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, breakdowns are addressed promptly, and all work is performed safely and according to company standards.

As our HVAC Technician (team lead or assistant supervisor), you will:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Monitor the operating condition and performance of refrigeration and cooling equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related problems and recommend appropriate corrective action.
• Monitor refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, and other equipment operating conditions.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary corrective maintenance.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment conditions.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and kept safe.
• Follow company safety rules, maintenance procedures, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments regarding equipment-related concerns.

IF ASSIGNED AS TEAM LEADER or ASST. SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and distribute tasks among technicians and monitor completion of assigned work.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to maintenance personnel.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Report major equipment issues, recurring problems, and maintenance requirements to Management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CERTIFICATION: Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC NC-II)

EXPERIENCE:

• Technician: At least one (1) year in Industrial Refrigeration Servicing.
• Team Lead: At least three (3) years in Industrial Refrigeration Servicing with experience in Leadership / Team Leading role.
