HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including chillers, solar-integrated systems, and large battery installations. This role combines field service and customer support, requiring you to respond to homeowner and contractor inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper maintenance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company in a professional manner
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations or remotely
• Respond to homeowner and contractor inquiries via phone, email, or other approved communication channels
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system evaluations
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service visits and work performed
• Support project-based assignments, which may require travel to different states and staying onsite for the duration of the project
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and effective project execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong knowledge of chillers, solar systems, and large battery storage systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay onsite for project durations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation
• Valid driver’s license required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
