What they need

If you like diagnosing tough cooling problems and want a family shop that backs you up, you'd fit right in here.

All-Pro is looking for an HVAC technician who takes pride in clean work, honest recommendations, and treating every customer's home with respect.

All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning has kept Boca Raton homes and businesses cool and safe since 1995.

We service and install air conditioning systems, support indoor air quality, handle pool heater work, and pair HVAC with in-house electrical expertise.

That cross-training edge helps us solve problems other shops miss.

We are a family culture company with owner-operator energy: high ownership, mutual loyalty, and a crew that wants techs who care about doing it right.

Weekday schedule.

No weekends.

No on-call.

Company vans stay at the shop.

What You'll Get:

  • $21-$35/hr depending on experience
  • Overtime at 1.5x
  • Monthly performance pay incentive
  • Health insurance after 6 months (employee pays 50% of premium; employee-only coverage)
  • 7 paid holidays
  • 1 week paid vacation
  • Weekly mandatory paid training
  • Costco membership
  • Uniforms provided
  • Opportunity to cross-train on electrical work

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Performing tune-ups, maintenance, and system inspections
  • Installing or replacing systems when needed
  • Explaining options to homeowners in plain language (no high-pressure sales)
  • Supporting indoor air quality solutions and related add-ons when they make sense
  • Keeping tools, notes, and workmanship professional
  • Collaborating with electrical teammates on complex electrical/HVAC issues
  • Attending weekly paid training

Who We're Looking For:

You take ownership of the call from start to finish.

You don't cut corners.

You communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Beyond that:

  • Solid residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal certification required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with South Florida heat, attics, and customer-facing service
  • NATE or manufacturer training is a plus
  • Interest in electrical cross-training is a plus

If you don't check every box but think you'd be a good fit, apply anyway.

We hire attitude and train skills.
