Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, experience in maintenance and troubleshooting, and the ability to respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), split units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Inspect and maintain compressors, motors, condensers, thermostats, and control systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure proper temperature and ventilation control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Guide and support junior technicians and helpers during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ITI or Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of HVAC experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and flexible to work during emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required.
