HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across various property types, contributing to safe, efficient, and comfortable environments. Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems in accordance with schematics and design specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure peak efficiency and longevity
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using hand tools, ohmmeters, and electrical diagnostic equipment
• Conduct detailed system diagnostics to identify faults in electrical systems, refrigeration units, plumbing connections, and mechanical components
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
• Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, thermostats, valves, pumps, and other mechanical components
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs and installations performed

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
