HVAC Technician

We are looking to add an experienced HVAC technician to our team.

Work hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed.

Requirements: Dependable person with a great positive attitude and a desire to succeed and work with a team.

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems with expertise
• Perform service and repair calls with technical knowledge
• Superior Sales Skills
• Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and excellent communication.
• Educate clients on the care and maintenance of their systems.
• Complete daily tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 Years of HVAC Technician Experience
• 2-5 Years of HVAC Sales Experience
• Ability and desire to continually learn
• Be able to perform maintenance checkups.
• Work well with other technicians to accomplish tasks
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Offer service agreements to customers.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers.

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
