HVAC Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety in residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Design and build custom HVAC solutions tailored to client specifications when required.
• Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the service industry.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
• Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for van driving duties.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
