HVAC Technician

• Residential & Commercial Installation: Install new HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units with precision in both homes and commercial buildings.
• Residential & Commercial Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC equipment to ensure reliable, year-round comfort and operation.
• Boiler Care: Maintain commercial and residential boilers by inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately troubleshoot intricate systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine upkeep on HVAC equipment, appliances, and mechanical components to prevent costly breakdowns.
• Construction Support: Support infrastructure upgrades and construction projects safely and efficiently.

Experience & Requirements

• Licensing: A valid G3 or G2 Gas Technician license is required.
• Residential Expertise: Proven mechanic experience with residential HVAC service and installation; commercial experience is not required as we will provide training.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of boiler operation, heating/cooling equipment, and appliance repair methods.
• Schematic Literacy: Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams essential for troubleshooting complex machinery.
• Hands-on Maintenance: Practical experience with routine maintenance procedures for HVAC units, boilers, or mechanical systems.
• Construction Background: Prior experience working on building infrastructure or construction projects is considered a strong asset.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $22.92-$54.23 per hour
