Hvac Technician

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain split ACs, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Install, commission, relocate, and test HVAC equipment.
• Clean HVAC components and monitor system performance.
• Maintain service logs and spare inventory.
• Assist in contractor supervision and quality control.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and maintenance tools.
• Basic understanding of BMS and electrical controls.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
