Position Title: HVAC Technician Location: Northern, VA Status: Full Time Number of Positions: 2 Qualifications · Must be U.S. Citizen · Must pass a background check once hired · Must have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience · High level of customer service · Possess good oral communication skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills. · Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. · Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. · Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities · Provide Excellent Customer Service. · Show up on time. · Do the job correctly the first time. · All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting. Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
