HVAC Technicians – AMC & Retrofit

Join RGS HVAC Services. We’re hiring two AMC Technicians and one Retrofit Technician with at least two years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC systems.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years of relevant HVAC installation, repair or maintenance experience.
• Good English communication and the ability to complete clear service reports.
• Practical electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic instruments and follow safety procedures.
• Reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work respectfully with colleagues from different backgrounds.
• UAE driving licence preferred, but not mandatory.

AMC TECHNICIANS – 2 POSITIONS

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, split/package units and chilled-water systems.
• Troubleshoot poor cooling, water leaks, airflow problems, electrical faults, noise and vibration.
• Inspect and service filters, coils, drains, fans, motors, belts, bearings, valves and actuators.
• Check operating temperatures, pressures and electrical readings to identify faults and required corrective work.
• Carry out refrigerant leak testing, pressure testing, evacuation and charging using appropriate procedures.
• Identify defective components and required spare parts.
• Complete maintenance checklists, photographs and service reports through our mobile application.

Experience with chillers and chilled-water pumps is an advantage.

RETROFIT & CONTROLS TECHNICIAN – 1 POSITION

• Supervise installation, replacement and modification of AHUs, FCUs, fans, motors, coils and associated components.
• Read mechanical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics.
• Have hands-on experience with HVAC controllers, control systems and BMS interfaces.
• Install, wire, configure, test and troubleshoot controllers, thermostats, sensors and actuators.
• Work with EC fans, variable-speed drives and control signals such as 0–10V.
• Modify existing controls to suit upgraded equipment and verify correct operating sequences.
• Support BMS integration and commissioning with the project engineer and BMS team.
• Complete testing, commissioning and handover records.

Candidates should have the skills relevant to their chosen position. Expertise in both AMC and retrofit work is not required.

WORKING HOURS

Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
