HVAC Technician

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Santa FE, NM area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install HVAC equipment on new construction projects
• HVAC installation for remodels and renovation work
• Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, and related equipment
• Install and modifying gas piping
• Refrigeration line installation
• Brazing and soldering
• Electrical troubleshooting and equipment connections
• Using gauges, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
• Read equipment specifications and installation requirements
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Coordinate with customers, coworkers, and other trades

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
• Must have OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
• Ability to pass an MVR
• At least one applicable Journeyman-level license
• Candidates should have the basic hand and HVAC-specific tools necessary to perform the work, including:
  • HVAC gauges
  • Drill / impact gun
  • Multimeter
  • Standard hand tools
  • Brazing / soldering equipment
  • Other commonly used HVAC installation tools
