HVAC Technician cum Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, including central AC chilled water systems.
• Set up equipment ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems, with a focus on central AC chilled water systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical risks, especially within central AC chilled water systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in various HVAC systems, including chilled water systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to determine system issues and execute necessary repairs.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance, particularly for central AC and chilled water systems.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and chilled water system efficiency.
• Adhere to all company and industry standards for safety and compliance.
• Ensure all work, especially within central AC and chilled water systems, is performed in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites.
• Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good working condition.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Assist with logistical support and transportation needs as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role, with specific expertise in central AC chilled water systems.
• Certification in HVAC, air conditioning, or refrigeration.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including central AC and chilled water systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, instruments, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, especially for chilled water systems.
• Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems, including central AC and chilled water systems.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and equipment upgrades.
• Familiarity with smart home HVAC technologies and controls.

Driving and Logistics:

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in safe and efficient driving of company vehicles.
• Ability to manage transportation logistics effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical Capability:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods and managing physical demands associated with transportation tasks.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
