HVAC Technician / Regional Field Technician

We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians / Regional Field Technicians to join our team!

🔧 POSITION: HVAC Technician / Regional Field Technician
💰 SALARY: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
📍 DEPLOYMENT: Novaliches, Quezon City / Metro Manila / North Luzon / Visayas & Mindanao
🏢 WORK SETUP: Field-based / On-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC/air-conditioning units
• Perform maintenance on generators, batteries, rectifiers, and other power systems
• Conduct generator runs, battery checks, rectifier servicing, filter replacement, and cleaning
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, power, and cooling system issues
• Assist in emergency repairs and respond to site maintenance requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and work orders
• Follow HSE, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and other safety procedures
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and 5S standards
• Support telecom/site facilities maintenance activities

The role requires hands-on experience in telecom/site maintenance or a similar technical field, with practical knowledge of HVAC, diesel generators, batteries, rectifiers, and related electrical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical/Vocational graduate or equivalent technical certification
Preferably 3–5 years of hands-on technical/field experience
HVAC / Aircon experience
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and devices
Knowledge in Genset operation and maintenance
Knowledge of DC Power Plant, rectifiers, and batteries is an advantage
NCII HVAC is preferred
With valid driver's license and willing to drive for field assignments
Willing to work on-site and travel/relocate depending on deployment requirements

The approved requirement specifically notes that candidates should have driving capability with NC2 and ACU background, while the hiring team also highlighted basic knowledge in Genset, air-conditioning units, electrical wiring/devices, rectifiers, and batteries.
