Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting abilities, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.) in residential and/or commercial properties.
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups to ensure system efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Test systems for proper operation and compliance with local HVAC codes.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing explanations of repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete work orders, reports, and daily logs accurately.
• Adhere to all safety policies, company procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred.
• 2+ years of HVAC installation and/or service experience (entry-level applicants considered with proper certification).
• Valid EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• MECH IV Certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, controls, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (overtime, weekends, or emergency calls as needed)
• Pay Rate: Competitive hourly wage based on experience + performance incentives
