HVAC Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

Postler & Jaeckle, a well-established and trusted mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, piping, and sheet metal services, is seeking a dependable and organized HVAC Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of HVAC equipment, tools, parts, and accessories. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse efficiency, safeguarding inventory, and providing excellent service to both internal HVAC technicians and external customers. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in the safe transport of material and the organization of our material shop, ensuring our field technicians have exactly what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, store, and distribute HVAC equipment, tools, parts, and accessories
• Support HVAC technicians by preparing and staging materials and equipment
• Safeguard company inventory, tools, and equipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and related tasks
• Load, unload, and deliver HVAC equipment using a stake body truck
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites and customers
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and/or push or pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Experience operating a fork truck or forklift is a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical materials preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Skills

• Class D License or Class B CDL
• Forklift operating experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical materials, including piping, sheet metal, and HVAC components.
